Research & Academic Activities: Conducted doctoral research at Lanzhou University on sustainable energy governance and public management. Published research in international peer-reviewed journals, including a Q1-ranked publication in Energy Policy (SCI/SSCI), and contributed a chapter to an academic book. Also serves as a reviewer for high-impact international journals and regularly participates in academic conferences and workshops.
